Order processing

Orders normally require up to two business days for payment verification and fulfillment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability and destination.

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please verify that your billing and shipping information is accurate to avoid delays.

Shipping methods

Orders may ship by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Expedited service is available when shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories

Orders to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are generally shipped by USPS. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories can require additional transit time.

International orders

International shipping charges depend on package weight, order value, service level, and destination. Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, and return-shipping costs. Customs processing can delay delivery.

Returns and refused deliveries

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved in writing. Please review our Returns Policy before sending an item back.
