When Will My Order Ship?

All  Delivery orders require up to 2 business days from the date purchased for fulfillment time. During this time, your order will undergo credit authorization and verification and will be fulfilled by our warehouse.  Order requests for NEXT DAY AIR Delivery will go out the same day if placed by 1 pm PST and are not included in our free shipping offer.  

PLEASE NOTE:  Please be sure to provide accurate information during checkout as order details such as inaccurate credit card information or an invalid shipping address may delay your order.  Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise. No orders are shipped on weekends or holidays.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided with your order. If, for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your Spam folder and add sales@usacolor.net to your Safe Sender list.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO or U.S Territories

As a service to our men and women in the Armed Forces, USA Color will ship to APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to Domestic P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses must be sent using USPS Priority Mail®.  Because these are government addresses and, therefore, must be shipped using this method.  Delivery may take longer than the standard transit times quoted. 

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & the U.S. Territories

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any of the U.S. territories may take up to 10 business days to arrive. 

We ship to U.S. Territories including American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Orders shipped to these locations must be shipped our Expedited option-USPS Priority Mail, or Overnight Delivery and may take longer than the standard transit times for arrival.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

USA Color is happy to serve our international customers by offering a flat rate for shipping and handling to most destinations around the world. International shipping charges are based on several factors including the total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. The risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Taxes And Duties

All applicable Customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.  It is at the sole discretion of the Customs agent to release your package.  We have no control over possible delays due to Customs once the package has left the U.S.

Policy And Terms

By placing an order at USA Color, you are responsible for original shipping charges in case of returns as stated, all applicable Customs Import fees and/or surcharges and the cost of return shipping back to USA Color.  This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
