Warranty

USA Color Minilab offers a 90-day warranty on products that are stated to be covered by our 90-day warranty.

What the warranty covers

During the applicable warranty period, if a covered product has a defect that qualifies under the warranty, contact us so we can troubleshoot the issue and provide the appropriate warranty remedy.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification or repair, abuse, accident, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

Warranty claims

Email admin@usacolor.net or call 714-588-3342 before sending any item back. We may require troubleshooting information, photographs, serial numbers, or an RMA.

Returns are separate

The 90-day warranty is separate from our return policy. Change-of-mind returns and refund eligibility are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, including the applicable 14-day return window and final-sale terms for Minilab Parts.
