Return window

For eligible products that are not final sale, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return for refund. Returns must be authorized before they are shipped back.

Eligible return requests made after 14 days and up to 30 days from delivery may qualify for merchandise credit instead of a refund.

Final-sale Minilab Parts

Items sold in the Minilab Parts section are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or merchandise credit. Any separate written warranty that applies to a product remains governed by our Warranty policy.

Return conditions

• Contact admin@usacolor.net or 714-588-3342 first and obtain an RMA when applicable.
• Eligible returns must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned with original packaging and included accessories.
• Do not send a return without authorization.

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.

Refunds

After an authorized return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for processing after approval; your financial institution may require additional time.
